Colin Webb, founder of AlderVerum, works out of Windsor and has more than 30 years’ experience in business leadership; from large corporates - Unilever, Boots, Aviva, to SMEs and startups. Colin has built businesses across FMCG, Healthcare, B2B and Financial Services, globally and through multi-channel/e-commerce.
He is an experienced CEO/MD, non-exec chair/director and mentor who has also lived and worked internationally including the UK, France, Belgium, Zimbabwe and Malawi and has operated into Asia, the Middle East and North America. Perhaps his most enriching experiences were in Africa where two of his three children were born.
He takes pride in mentoring and developing great people and powerful teams who are obsessed with their customers; factors which he believes are key to organisational and personal success.
This approach has enabled him to sell two businesses, guide five as a non-exec director/chair. He also lectures at The University of West London - the UK’s no. 1 business school.
He is also a qualified professional coach/mentor, has 3 children and runs to keep the cobwebs away!
